The Art of Stained Glass and the Science behind it:  a Kreattiv Project being done during this scholastic year by some of the students and staff from the Ħamrun Secondary school in San Ġorġ Preca College, under the guidance of the creative practitioner Mr Carmel Azzopardi.

24 Stained glass windows depicting the 8 pointed cross with shades of different colours will be assembled and the final product shall be displayed in the entrance of the school.

This project fosters the participation of the students of the school who come from around the Mediterranean and Europe apart from Malta, and who take interest in the Maltese culture, since the 8 pointed cross was the subject that the students chose to be displayed. Members of the public can view the final product at the school entrance as from May 2018.

The Art of Stained Glass and the Science behind it is endorsed by the Valletta 2018 Foundation.
