Mons 2015 is hosting a culinary adventure as part of the Mon(s) Idéal Opening – My Ideal opening weekend, an event which sees young people participating in a number of activities till the year 2016. Danielle Foster, who is considered one of the most montoise (what people of Mons call themselves) of Americans, has prepared an innovative events where food reigns supreme. She’ll be discussing, and cooking, a variety of dishes such as slow food, meals from leftovers, organic and local food. These will surely leave your taste buds in a euphoric state.
