Under the direction of Lars Ulrik Mortennsen, the European Union Baroque Orchestra (EUBO) and concertmaster Huw Daniel will be performing some of the best from Handel, Roman, Geminiani and Boyce, as part of the Valletta International Baroque Festival 2015 programme of events. The programme includes Concerto Grosso Op3 No2 in B flat HWV313 (10’15”), Overture HWV336 & Sonata a5 in B flat (12’ 15”) with Huw Daniel and Concerto Grosso Op6 No5 in D HWV323 (14’40”) by Handel; Roman’s Golovinmusiken Suite (16”); Geminiani’s Follia Concerto Grosso Op3 No12 after Corelli 5/12 (11’00); and Boyce’s Symphony No2 in A (5’ 15”).
