The brainchild of dramatherapist Lou Ghirlando, this performance focuses on our own perception of our bodies, our emotional well-being, our self-concept, as well as the way we eat. This relationship is unique to every person. The project seeks to allow people to discover their own personal story while also making them aware of their own emotional and physical well-being. It is inspired from a series of one-to-one intimate workshops Lou Ghirlando had with a series of women.
