A collaboration of the European Capitals of Culture Pafos 2017 and Valletta 2018 in a musical programme that brings out children’s talent, under the guidance of the musician and composer Ruben Zahra from Malta. On the occasion of the establishment of the Pafos Music Gymnasium in 2017, the Pafos2017 Organisation invites four artists from Valletta, the European Capital of Culture in 2018, to work in a five-day workshop with students from the Pafos Music School. The children will have the opportunity to work with professional artists, to learn the secrets of contemporary music, and also get an inside view of cartoon animation, dance, light engineering and puppet theatre. The programme starts on the 12th of March and finishes on the 18th of March with a performance of both children and artists. Also participating: Christopher Gatt, Pamela Baldacchino Kerr, Tricia Dawn Williams, Niki Mala (art), Anastasis Charalambides (music) and Stavros Tsartsalis (coordination) from the Pafos Music Gymnasium.
