Ritual is a summer solstice concert by John Kenny (Scotland), who will be tracing the evolution of the trombone through its predecessors, including a seashell and a replica of the Celtic war horn, ‘carnyx’. RITUAL is also a unique opportunity for the audience to celebrate the summer solstice at a UNESCO World Heritage Site.. The concert will be held on Saturday 23rd June at sunset (7.30pm) and on Sunday 24th June during sunrise (6.00am). The concerts will be held at the Mnajdra Temples in Qrendi. Ritual is in collaboration with Heritage Malta. Tickets cost €15 and can be bought online by clicking the link below or from all Heritage Malta sites.
