Cities can be green too

On Friday 28th April, the public is invited for an open mic session.  This edition will be part of the Valletta Green Festival and hence the theme will be the environment.

On the day, Camarata Bar in Valletta will be all for us, and your poetry, recital, stand-up sketch or your original music.  What you have been jotting or performing in front of the mirror should now be aired.  It’s not only trees that need air!

There is a lot to say on the environment but any subject is welcome.  And also any language.  You might be used to be a spectator, but now is time for you to take centre stage for a few minutes.

The special guest for the evening will be Mario Cardona, a poet, educator and an activist at Koperattiva Rurali tal-Manikata.

Doors open at 20:00.
