The National Book Council, in collaboration with ONE and Shadeena, bring you the premier of ‘Laqgħa ma’ Mara Morbi’, a short film by Martin Bonnici, adapted from the story of the same name by Immanuel Mifsud.

The purpose of the film is to promote reading in Malta while also integrating Maltese literature with film. Such a union is beneficial as local Maltese stories are delivered to a wide audience, while also giving the film a unique Maltese quality.

The film debuts on the 15^th of November at the Mediterranean Conference Centre at 20:30 as part of the National Book Festival.
