Conference Partners

The Valletta 2018 Foundation is collaborating with the Centre for Social Studies (CES), University of Coimbra. CES have previously organised a conference titled “Mapping Culture: Communities, Sites and Stories“, held in May 2014. The upcoming Valletta 2018 conference marks the second conference in this series of conferences on cultural mapping.

This conference is also endorsed by the Ministry of Justice, Culture and Local Government and the Ministry of Foreign Affairs. The Valletta 2018 Foundation will be collaborating with St James Cavalier Centre for Creativity to host the conference welcome centre. The Valletta 2018 Foundation will be working in collaboration with the Fondation de Malte to publish conference proceedings.

The Valletta 2018 Foundation will also be seeking to collaborate with various other entities, individuals and organisations in order to broaden the scope of the conference series.
