Mons, the Belgian European Capital of Culture for the year 2015, is celebrating the start of spring on the weekend of the 4^th-5^th April. For spring, the Mons 2015 will be opening five new museums boasting interesting and artistic animations and installations, one concert hall for live entertainment, as well as 15 urban installations around the colourful city.
