The VIA International Festival, held between Mons, in Belgium, and Maubeuge, in France, has been tearing down artistic and geographic boundaries for more than two decades. At this festival, theatre performances and new media converge, bringing together theatre professionals and cross-border audiences. The VIA festival  features theatrical creations, impressive musical productions with excellent choreography and digital art.

The festival also contains the Café Europa project.  Café Europa takes the form of a philosophical café where people can get familiar with new technologies and discuss and debate how these technologies impact our society.
